Mac Horn is the Managing Partner of HouseReady and founder of Falls City Remodeling, established in 2016. He got his start by purchasing and managing his own rental properties, which led to friends and neighbors asking for his help and eventually the launch of Falls City Remodeling. Over the years, Mac expanded into the commercial market, overseeing student housing and residential properties across Louisville. With HouseReady, he’s focused on making home maintenance and repairs simpler and more reliable for property owners and homeowners alike.

Bryan Diaz brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to his role as Operations Field Manager at HouseReady. After managing and maintaining his own rental properties with his brother since 2018, Bryan grew from doing the work himself to running full-scale projects. His background and B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers (2005) give him a unique balance of business knowledge and field expertise. Bryan joined HouseReady to provide reliable services to homeowners and help carve out a trusted niche in the home repair and maintenance market.
Bart Miller is the Managing Partner of HouseReady and a lifelong Louisville resident with over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, general contracting, and remodeling. He has led residential and commercial restoration projects through his company, Land-Ventures, specializing in upscale renovations and property development. Deeply connected to the Louisville business and civic community, Bart brings hands-on knowledge and proven expertise to creating reliable home solutions for homeowners and property managers. At HouseReady, he focuses on building a trusted, scalable model for home maintenance, repairs, and renovation.
