Our HR House Watch Program is designed for homeowners who are away for extended periods of time—perfect for snowbirds, second or vacation home owners, and frequent travelers.
HouseReady provides a professional, reliable 30-45 minute inspection of your home’s interior and exterior. After every visit, you’ll receive a clear report with photos or videos as needed, so you can stay informed of your property's condition from virtually anywhere. Members choose their home inspection intervals.
House Watch visits are included in your HouseReady membership and are deducted from your allotted monthly membership hours.
